Stayed overnight before the flight to Hawaii for our vacation. Average Springhill Suite Room with a nice big King bed that is comfortable. We really enjoyed the view outside our window on the 3rd floor. Staff was friendly and we even sat in the jacuzzi just before it closed with no problems. Had a late checkout the next day after eating the included breakfast with the room rate. The breakfast was as good as the Fairfield's with Hot bacon and eggs too! Hotel and rooms are in great shape and I didn't get to do much there but I would stay again. It is about 10 minutes from the airport. Thanks for reading.
Clean rooms, you can tell they were recently redone. I was impressed with all the room accommodations! Also, my kids loved the cozy pool area#
Hotel was easy to get to. Near restaurants in walking distance. Within ten miles of the airport. Upon check in, greeted with a professional and friendly manner. Our room was ready and clean. The room was a king suite, one bed and sleeper sofa. Pool area small but perfect for all swimming types. Fitness room decent.
Service and cleanliness were very good. The issue we experienced was that the hi/low fan settings didn't work correctly. In addition, even though we had thermostat as low as it would go (62) the room would never cool down. We finally opened the window at 1:30am to get some cool air into the room. We then had to listen to road/outdoor noise.
Every part of our stay either met or exceeded our expectations! We were traveling with our 2 children, and the facility is very kid-friendly! Our room seemed to be newly remodeled. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable! We spent several hours at the pool, which is not huge, but it was big enough for our children. On a busier day, it might be a problem, as I believe the sign said the capacity of the pool is 20. The hot tub didn't work, the evening we went swimming, but we notified the front desk and it was working again by the next morning! Breakfast was wonderful! There was a great variety of food available, and it was delicious. All of the staff were very welcoming. I'm looking forward to our next stay!
