The room was large and clean. Nice pool and hot tub, breakfast was good and all the staff was very friendly. All made for a nice stay.
interesting layout. not much to write home about or anything like that. but seems to be decent. I would go with other options first but in a pinch what can I say. they had a room.
We used to come to this hotel all the time when it was a Holiday Inn Express. Now that it is a Quality Inn, it has gone way down hill. Got back from along day in the cities, and found our room was not cleaned at all, bed was not made, trash wasn't changed, and our wet towels from the morning were still on the floor(which is what they ask you to do when you want new ones). When we asked for clean towels, manager on duty said they didn't like to give out new towels because they want to save water. She did give us fresh towels, but not before giving us attitude. You should not have to use the same wet towel two days in a row. The place doesn't look like it has been kept up since it was a Holiday Inn Express, looks very run down. We will never stay here again. Very disappointed!
A great place to stay with a great price. Needs updating, but fits the bill just fine. Had some issues with house keeping, but addressed this with the manager and he took care of it immediately and took very good care of us during our 3 week stay. Has a living area and bedroom and a small kitchenette. no stove, just fridge, sink and coffee maker. good counter space though. :-D
Nice hotel, good value for it rates. Did not enjoy my experience with their reservation call center, I made a reservation for a funeral we were attending and we had to extend our stay and it was more difficult to do via the call center. I called the hotel front desk after and they helped me right away. Room was nice, conveniently located across the street from a good Mediterranean restaurant. The hot tub was not very hot, which was fine for the kids, but not really great for adults. Breakfast items were good, fresh, and tasty. Would definitely stay here again
