The setup is like being in a "studio" apartment with it's own outside entrance. Our door was just under a stairwell to the second floor so was a bit tight of a space for entry and exiting.

I've stayed at many hotels and this one is definitely different! The entirety is 4 unit (former apartments?) separated into small pods. The experience was clean and quiet, and having your own little space was a nice contrast to the cookie cutter design of most places. I would definitely stay here again, but I do wonder what all those walks look like in the winter. May be a little more troublesome around that time of the year.

Was a bit worried by sine reviews I as read, but was pleased overall with our stay. A full kitchen is a big plus when traveling with two boys who typically don't finish meals and you can reheat using an actual oven instead of nuking the food.

Nice rooms, the meals were ok..... That's about it. They charged our credit card which was given for incidentals, instead of charging my company for my room. This was done two days before Christmas when I still had shopping to do and the money was not refunded until after the holiday which was inconvenient to say the least. The noise is ridiculous!! You can hear everything going on in every room around you. When you complain to the front desk they do nothing. In fact they will threaten to kick you out for complaining. (Yes, that happened!) The staff is extremely rude and in a nutshell useless. I will NEVER stay in this facility or any of it's affiliates because this has been the worst experience I have ever had in my life! There is no excuse such poor service! Unacceptable!

The room was clean enough but the dishes I didn't trust so washed everything I was going to use (one spoon had something stuck to it). There was a small table and two chairs.

Very interesting hotel. The hotel grounds look like they used to be an apartment complex. Not very fancy, but inside was very nice. It had modern stylish furniture with bright colors and pictures on the wall. There was a full kitchen and large bathroom which made the stay much more home-like. Overall I would say it was more comfortable than most hotels.

Only issue we had was when a worker entered the room despite us having the do not disturb magnet on the door. My wife had returned to the room and was in the washroom when she heard then entered and notified them she was there. When we returned to the room, the magnet was gone. I think they removed it because we had left it on the door the entire first day?

Beautiful place, awesome staff. Especially they have the shuttle to Mall of America and Zoo. Very friendly. Neat & clean. Great breakfast and evening snack too. will surely recommend.
