One of the best stores!!! I am blown away with their kindness and helpfulness. I really can say enough good things. They went above an beyond to help me out. Jess, who helped me was one of the best people I have ever come across in a retail store. After she helped me, I asked to talk to her boss because I wanted that person to know how wonder she had been. To my surprised I found out she was the general manager. I was even more impressed, for someone in her positions to sit down and work with me and to help me out, is beyond anything I have experienced at a retail store.
Thank you so much Jess and your team!! You have shown me so much kindness and I can't thank you enough.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered something online to pick up in the store and my confirmation email said it would be ready 11-24-17. With the store closing at 10:00 pm and as of 8:20 pm I didn’t get an email saying it was ready to be picked up, so I went into the store because I needed it. (Hence the reason I ordered it)
Worst service I’ve ever had. I will never go to Best Buy again, I will tell everyone I know not to go to Best Buy and I will spend my money at Amazon.
I give this Best Buy 1 less star than all others because... Eagan... Not my favorite city. But, the sales person was very helpful... So that was something
I told her that’s not an option with how much time I’ve already spent here waiting in line and commute time.
It is a clean, well lit store. The staff has been very helpful to show what is available and to work through questions and details as needed. The rare times that I have needed to return something it has been a hassle free experience. Their price matching has worked to my advantage a few times, too.
She said yes she could do that, so I went and got the item from the store and went back to the Customer Pick Up line. Another 25 minutes waiting in line and I finally get to the front Of the line the lady tells me since my original order wasn’t showing Confirmed and Ready to pick up she had to cancel the order and have me repay. I explained to her the only reason I’m in Best Buy right now is because I had gift cards my pops gave me and I used them for this purchase. I told her I spend my money with Amazon because of these exact things happening every time I come into Best Buy. I explained to her the reason people order online is so they can just pick it up and get out quickly. So I had to repay, and not use my gift cards.
When I went to the store to customer pick up after waiting in line for over 30 minutes they said it wasn’t ready for me yet, I said can I go grab it in the store and you check me out since I already paid online and waited in line? She told me to come back tomorrow and it should be ready.
Decent size, decent selection, poor labeling of departments. Two staff told me to go to the "computer" department for the adapter I needed. That isn't one of the giant signs in the store.
