Worst People I ever meet. I bought E-Bike on 08/07/17, never used. Bringing Back for return on 09/06/17, which is in 30 days period. First they told me that they will send me a check with 30 days. I was argued because on their policy it's clearly say that the check will be send for none credit card transactions and I paid by credit card. Second they charged 20% restoring fee which is not right, because 20% restocking fee must be charge for used items. See attached their Policy, I make a pictures when I was at the store. Will file a credit Card Dispute on that and NEVER USE THEM.
I have been very pleased with the Penn Cycle-Eagan's service through the years. I went in with a broken derailer cable today and the cable was replaced while I waited. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
If I could give the guys at Eagan Penn Cycle 10 stars, I would! I had a sad tale of losing my bike off the back of my car, and they were so helpful in helping me replace my bike. I received lots of personalized attention. I love my Trek bike and the guys who sold it to me! (I'm on the right in the photo with the best tour guide in Germany.) Thanks, Kurt and crew!
