The store selection is good. But who on earth thought that an open mall was a good design for Minnesota elements?! Nothing like walking from store to store with a chilling wind and well below freezing air temp. The walk from store to store is just enough to make one bring hat scarf and coat. Just to than be uncomfortably hot once inside a store. Really poor design choice. Minnesota's enjoyable outdoor shopping weather at the best is 5 months. With the MOA five minutes away and comfortable all year round, and easily 3 times the selection, its a obvious choice. Maybe the designers should have got out of their office and took a walk around the proposed lot a couple times in winter before hand.
To be fair, this is the outlet mall in December, which is only indicative of a few months of the year. The place still has great stores, like Nike, Under Armor, Converse, AND the Beef Jerky outlet (I'm serious. This place exists, and it is proof that there is a God who loves us and wants us to be happy). Not many choices for food though, aside from the Starbucks. So pack a lunch!
It had lots of stores some had good deals others did not. I found well made inexpensive clothing at White House Black Market and my daughter found deals at Nike and Vera Wang, also the staff at Fossil watch were very helpful about getting our Fossil watch fixed. I gave them four stars because I wished they opened earlier like 9 am.
Love the shops here and such great prices in all the stores. Easy access to bathrooms in 2 of the buildings so that you are always close to one and well kept by the way. It's in a great location near the mall of America and parking is also good.
I loved the organization of the stores and how the building itself looks. It was very easy to find the stores I needed. It is not fun to go in the dead of winter, as it is an open structure, however, it's great if it is a little warmer or you bundle up.
