Couldn't be happier. Chad was excellent with communication and made sure exactly what to expect and when. Workers showed up on time, were friendly, and got the work done as asked. We had water damage in a newly purchased home and they completed in time for us to move in without any complications. Great work and wouldn't hesitate to use again.
The team at Capital City were great to work with not only on our mold remediation project but also helping with other projects at the house. With three young kids it was critical to have the mold issue properly mitigated and Chad and the Capital City team did a fantastic job. I hope we do not have any other mold issues in future houses but if we do - Capital City will be our go to company. They also were super helpful with recommending other vendors in our home remodel project. Definitely recommend Capital City's services - they were reliable, on time, in budget and friendly.
Chad and his crew have done mold remediation for us in the past, and did a spectacular job, very knowledgeable about everything they do. It went so well we had them come out and do a remodel/repair of our main living space and bathroom. They did a fabulous job, were very kind, respectful, and considerate of our schedule, and family life. Chad made great recommendations to make things look good while saving us money. His crew is a very nice bunch of guys. Highly recommend them!
