Actually, 0 stars. It has been a 95 minute wait and 3 calls to them. 2nd call to them i was told 10 minutes more; that was 40 minutes ago. 3rd call to them and I was told that they are very busy; I will help with that - Crystal Jade just lost my family as a customer. No matter what the food tastes like at this point i will never order from them again. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. When we finally received the food, i tipped the driver (not his fault) and told him to tell the owner that I don't appreciate being lied to and that waiting over 1 1/2 hour is not acceptable. The food was mediocre at best. I am not a hater, but this is beyond ridiculous!
Delivery was fast, food is great, talking to the staff over the phone was quick and easy. I had the orange chicken and it was delicious! The cream cheese wontons are the best in the area hands down.
DON'T SPEND ANY MONEY HERE!!!! I ordered Crystal Jade Chinese on 1-1-18. I ordered online at 6:45 pm and received a confirmation email for my order. At 8:00 pm I called and asked if my order was coming it had been over an hour. They said the delivery driver was leaving the store in a few minutes with it and I will receive it shortly. At 9:00 I called back to cancel the order, the lady on the phone offered me a 20% & 30% discount off my order and it would be sent out shortly. It took them over 2 hours and I never received my order. They never let me know it was going to take longer than normal, they didn't keep me in the loop. Worst experience ever. I will NEVER and I mean EVER go back to this place, I am also going to tell other people about how horrible of an experience I had and for them to not use Crystal Jade Chinese Restaurant either.
Sub-par main course (General Tso). It tasted like it had been cooked in oil that had been sitting out all in a device that hasn't been cleaned since the place probably opened. To be fair the appetizers were delicious (fried meat wontons and a shrimp roll) and the sweet and sour sauce is on point. Best overall though was definitely the quick and courteous service/delivery. 3/5 isn't terrible but definitely won't be my first choice in the future.
My grandma love the soups and my favorite appeizer are de egg roll .l just ordered again.haha
