Joe has the best interest of the client in mind. He has great real world experience and is knowledgeable in his areas of practice. Joe has a no nonsense approach and gets the job done. I would definitely recommend him.
Here's the best part. After she gets off the phone this childish lawyer sends her a text that says "My apologies. At this point, I must be honest and tell you I am not very interested in taking on this case at this time. These are very difficult cases and I did not get the sense that your husband was interested in working with my office."
It took one day and 3 calls to his law firm before we decided to leave a message. He finally returned our call a day and a half later. It wasn't that big of a deal, we still wanted him to look into our case. However, that never changed. He wouldn't ever answer the phone or return your call unless you left a voice mail. Even at that, he would just text us back.
It gets better. We finally set up an appointment time that worked for all parties. My wife was half way through the 2 hr drive when she had the feeling she should call just to make sure he's there... She calls and he tells her theres nothing on his schedule about a meeting with us and asked if she wants "reschedule"... ( Weird word choice for us supposedly not being scheduled to begin with). Anyway she says I have to talk to my husband and see what will work...
My wife and I used Mr. Flanders for a Will and estate planning. He explained the process and made it easy. Call him if you want an attorney who is patient and knows what he is doing. Great experience.
I met with Joe about my case. I was very nervous about it and he really helped me walk through the problem. He was very patient and kind with me and I appreciated that. If you want a true professional who cares about his clients, this is your guy.

This guy seemed to be very unprofessional compared to other experiences we have had in regards to lawyers.
My take is, like a little school boy, this guy is scared of -confrontation (hence the texts to my wife immediately after her phone calls) -a challenge (says the case is too difficult when he supposedly specializes in them) -owning up to his decisions ( puts blame on me when I spent a whole 2 min on the phone with him and asked 3 questions) - and lastly I'd say it's clear he has a problem with not telling the truth.... Time is valuable and we wasted 3 weeks trying to work with this guy... Definitely not worth $200/he.
