I have BDS Laundry Systems equipment in my apartment building and have never ran into an issue with machines or payment systems broken. The directions are easy to follow and the machines look to be brand new.
I've only ordered parts online, but they shipped very fast and have a large collection of parts and a well-designed website that makes finding them easy. They were nice on the phone too

cards stop working and they expect you to drive to the headquarters to get old balance moved to new card and $5 card fee reimburse after they told us to just buy another and call back.
