It didn't go. Rep came out on Aug 11th. Told me I would have an estimate early the following weeks. Didn't hear, didn't hear, didn't hear. Finally called. I had to call twice to talk to someone. Told it takes two weeks. (Aug 25th), still haven't heard a thing. Today is Aug 31st, still nothing. I guess I'm a lower class resident that lives in an older community and we don't matter. GNB must be above doing work on a home like mine, even though they came highly recommended. The rep was fine and I was impressed. But no more. Really? If you don't want to do the work, tell us! I will be contacted the company too. (My cost of service is the general range I was expecting, though I don't know what the final number would have been.) I am highly disappointed as I felt I would let them do the work without getting other estimates.
My husband and I were very pleased with the work performed by GNB. Very responsive from the estimate, scheduling and work performed. Our new roof and siding project was professional installed and cleanup of the site was excellent. The GNB project manager keep us informed and was always available to answer any questions. We would highly recommend GNB to anyone requiring residential or commercial work.
GNB installed a new roof on my home, and it turned out amazing! From start to finish, the project went smoothly and quickly. I will definitely use them again when I have the siding replaced.
