Worst customer experience ever. My cashier was beyond rude! Was micro managing her coworkers to even notice she asked me 3 times about the old navy card. Threw my clothes back at me when I set them on the counter to be rung up. I love shopping at old navy but this hit a sour note. Management should have a training on customer service next staff meeting.
Its a small store but they do have some great selection - especially for men. Great shirts, tshirts and sweaters for men at a very reasonable price and very decent quality.
I enjoyed shopping at this place. Lots of deals.
I always find a good deal here. I don't buy jeans anywhere else. 4/5 because lines can get long and they usually only have 3 cashiers at a time when there could be more, but overall a great store!
