Let me tell you, I will be bringing my car in to this shop from now on out. It is not too far from my house so I decided to give them a go. I was nervous because I had to bring my children and the toy selection (if any) is usually sparse in auto shops. Honest 1 Auto has a TV, DVDs, iPADs, toys, books, chalk, snacks, and of course coffee. So that right away was impressive. The staff was extremely nice and was not 'pushy' when it came to the services. Pricing is more than fair. They even left a treat and note thanking me for my service in my car. They more than impressed me and the customer service is just superb.
Honest. Prices not out of line. Very reasonable. Will work hard to squeeze you in and get your vehicle done when promised. Nice waiting area.

Incredible service! I had an issue with an extended crank where previous shops wouldn't touch the car until they heard it (which sounded just like a normal startup but longer). This was a problem since the car only did it on a cold startup - where it had to be shut off for hours, and even then wasn't consistent. This Honest-1 location went right to work diagnosing the most common offender, a problematic fuel pump, and got right to it. They were also straightforward that a rust issue could have caused something to break off and cause more work. Fortunately, this didn't happen, but I was happy that I would have had a heads up in case it did. Their work has been solid and my car problems minimal.

I was amazed with how quickly they diagnosed the issues with my car and even more impressed with how quickly them got it done. But above all their staff was extremely helpful and actually made me feel that they cared. Will definitely be going back again.
