They suck ass we didn't get half of our order and they found out after we orderd that there shake machine was broken. They over charged us 8 dollers. They overall need better workers that actually know what they are doing. For a fast food restaurant they are very slow.
Horrible customer service at drive thru. Argued that I can only get one gogurt with 2 happy meals. No thank you or you welcome when I said thank you at pick up. Not the first time for a rude drive thru attendant.
worst customer service ever!! I've had multiple issues with this place messing up orders and serving cold nasty food and today was the last straw. tried contacting district managers after multiple complaints and zero change in service AND GOT A NUMBER THAT WASNT CORRECT. Called back and was told I was SOL because that was the only number i could have. Drive the extra 10 mins to a different one I know I will be from here out.
It would be nice if the lobby was a little cleaner. The walls look like someone swabbed them with a mop. And there is still sticky stuff on them.
They have a relatively small lobby area. The service was good. The cashier spoke good English, and my order was correct.
I ended up getting sick shortly after eating here. Won't be coming back to this location... There is a Subway in the mall next door!
